La Patisserie Des Reves, nel cuore di Parigi, si è trasformata in quartier generale dei dolci, anzi, molti asseriscono di com'è stato possibile vivere senza il "Paris Brest" di Philippe Conticini! Da non perdere: le "noisettes caramélisées", le "pots de crème", le "praliné à tartiner", la "tarte au citron de saison" e l'"èclair au chocolat"!!

Les Macarons!!
Apre LADUREE a Milano!!
le amanti dei colorati e deliziosi macarons (me compresa!) aspettavano da tempo: finalmente la storica pasticceria parigina apre a Milano e per la precisione in via Spadari, tempio della buona cucina e sede della mitica gastronomia Peck. Finalmente per gustare i colorati dolcetti non dovremo più pianificare weekend a Paris!

Florence
E visto che parlavo di ristorante a Parigi, ieri ho scoperto un ristorantino favoloso a Firenze.
Era da tanto che volevo andare ma tutte le volte che chiamavo per prenotare erano gia pieni.
Un ristorante simpatico ma molto piccolo.
Finalmente ieri sono riuscita a pranzare (perche sono aperti solo a pranzo) da Riffaioli!!!
Ho mangiato un hamburger "pazzesco", il mio ragazzo ha chiesto la trippa e era eccezionale!!
Complimenti a queste persone che hanno ancora la passione di cucinare cibo genuino! Prodotti ricercati e di qualita!

The result is impressive: 26 kg, 4 large format boxes, 1 per each decade, 1283 boards, 80 collections, more than 1500 pieces of wardrobe revealed, the collections which created an event or the ones which made fuss... Information is impeccable, detailed and therefore complete. Each drawing and sketch board is precisely reproduced on a nice mat paper, has a fabric sample of each piece of cloth, quote the workshop that made it, the name of the model who wore it in the show, the order of appearance. The wardrobe is comprehensive from day wear to night sets, showing jackets as well as tuxedos or the wedding gowns.

ricetta: insalata di polpo fresco
Oggi ceniamo la famosa ricetta di Lore: L'insalata di polpo!!
Ingredienti:
- 1,2kg polpo
- 1 peperoncino fresco
- prezzemolo
- 1/2 limone
- aglio
- olio
- sale e pepe
Fare bollire il polpo per 50 minuti poi lasciare raffredarsi nella sua acqua. Toglierlo dall'acqua e tagliarlo in piccoli pezzeti e poi aggiungere tutti gli ingredienti!! Perfetto se fai la sera per mangiare il giorno dopo...diventa molto saporito!!
Ricetta molto semplice, facile e veramenta buona!!! Ottima per chi vuole mangiare bene e sano!!
